• Health data: Wearable device metrics (recovery, HRV, sleep, strain) if you connect a Whoop or Garmin device.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To calculate personalized nutrition targets and display progress dashboards.
• To generate AI-powered insights and coaching recommendations.
• To process subscription payments and manage premium features.
• To send weekly performance summaries (Patina+ clients).
• To improve the App's features, performance, and reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help operate the App (e.g., payment processing, cloud hosting, AI processing), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations. Patina+ coaching data may be shared with your assigned coach for the purpose of delivering coaching services.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen, which permanently removes your information from our systems.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication tokens are managed securely, and payment processing is handled through a PCI-compliant payment provider.

Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data through the App.
• Withdraw consent for wearable data sync at any time.

The App is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
