Welcome to Patina (NutriSync AI). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile data up to date.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers a Premium subscription at $9.99/month, processed through Base44 Payments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform where the subscription was purchased.

4. Patina+ Coaching

Patina+ is a private coaching engagement available by application and invite code only. The engagement requires a six-month minimum commitment. Coaching recommendations are informational and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App's systems, data, or security features.
  • Reproduce, modify, or distribute App content without authorization.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to generate nutrition insights, meal identification, and coaching messages. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice. You use AI features at your own discretion.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data.

8. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen. This action cannot be undone.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
